CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
 
To provide the best accommodation experience for our guests, our cancellation and change policy is as follows:

1. Flexible Cancellation: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 7 days before the check-in date. For cancellations made after 18:00 on the 7th day prior to check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

2. Short-Term Cancellations: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the reservation date will incur a charge of 50% of the total accommodation fee.

3. Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of booking will result in a charge of 100% of the total accommodation fee.

4. No Show: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.

5. Changes: Changes to bookings are subject to the cancellation conditions. If possible, we will check availability for the new date.
